ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS?

Classes are open-level, designed for you to be in charge of where you want to take your practice. Our teachers will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. We welcome you to add challenges or modifications that best suit your practice.

WHAT IS A WeFlowHard® VINYASA CLASS?

Vinyasa is mindful movement. We flow through our sequences with intention, braiding postures together that will open, stretch and restore your body from the inside-out. Each class will help link breath and movement, deepen the connection of mind and body, and bring a greater consciousness to your subtle body. We will peel back the layers through a smart and safe yoga sequence, carefully choreographed to music that ranges from Cardi B to A Tribe Called Quest. We ask that you come with an open mind, stripped of any and all expectations you carry of yourself, and take an hour long vacation of body exploration, transformation and movement. Classes are held in a dark, candlelit studio, which is heated between 80-90 degrees using infrared technology. All levels welcome.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I GIVE MYSELF BEFORE CLASS TO ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, talk with the instructor if need be and prepare yourself for practice. It also gives you a chance to meet other Y7 yogis. Trust us, this tribe is full of awesome people.

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC WILL I HEAR IN CLASS?

All of our other classes are heavily influenced by the music with playlists curated by each teacher. You’ll flow to hip hop music, along with other heart pumpin’, soul inspirin’ beats.

ARE ALL THE CLASSES HEATED?

Yes. All of our sweat drippin’, beat-bumpin’, candlelit classes are heated. to 80-90 degrees using infrared technology. Come prepared to SWEAT.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Comfortable athletic clothes that allow you to flow hard. No shoes or socks inside of the yoga room. Extra points if you wear Y7 swag.

IS IT SAFE TO PRACTICE EVERYDAY?

This practice helps you to develop body awareness. If your practice is feeling strong, come as much as you like. The important thing is to give yourself one day of rest for your muscles to recover. Our practices are demanding on the body and make your muscles work, so be sure to listen to your body and take a rest when you need it.

Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after practice. We recommend at least 32 oz. an hour before class.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require notice of cancellation 2 hours or more prior to class start time to avoid an $8 cancellation fee.

DO YOU ALLOW DROP-INS?

Of course. However, we do recommend signing up in advance.

AM I READY FOR A Y7 CLASS?

As long as you come with an open mind and good vibes, you are more than ready. Especially if you are at all nervous or fearful, stepping into the Y7 community will surely prove a very powerful experience for you.
