WE FLOW HARD® VINYASA

Open to all levels, WeFlowHard® Vinyasa is Y7’s signature class designed to help take your practice to the next level. The instructor will guide you through vinyasa sequences, each repeated 3 times. The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The 2nd time through, you will repeat the same sequence, speeding things up to link one-breath to one-movement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to take that sequence on your own during our signature “Flow On Your Own” portion of class. This is where the sequence becomes yours. Add in challenges, try modifications, or take out any postures that don’t serve you.

All studios are heated to 75-85 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. We practice in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice. We flow together, we flow hard.

SLOW BURN VINYASA

Open to all levels, Slow Burn Vinyasa is recommended for anyone looking to focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture. Throughout this practice, you will focus on engaging your core muscles to go deeper into each pose and prepare your mind and body for a challenging peak posture.  This class is fully guided, omitting the “Flow On Your Own” portion found in our WeFlowHard® Vinyasa.

All studios are heated to 75-85 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. 50 MINUTES

Open to all levels, WeFlowHard® Vinyasa Express includes all the benefits of the signature WeFlowHard® vinyasa class compacted into a 50-minute flow. The instructor will guide you through vinyasa sequences, each repeated 3 times. The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. 75 MINUTES

The practice includes a centering warm up leading into the core vinyasa flows, followed by a challenging mini burn designed to push you to your personal edge. We will counter that work with a restorative cool down and savasana rest.
