WE FLOW HARD® VINYASA

Open to all levels, WeFlowHard® Vinyasa is Y7’s signature class designed to help take your practice to the next level. Using verbal cues, the instructor will guide you through three vinyasa sequences, each repeated three times. The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The 2nd time through, you will repeat the same sequence, speeding things up to link one-breath to one-movement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to take that sequence on your own during our signature Flow On Your Own portion of class. This is where the sequence becomes yours. Add in challenges, try modifications, or take out any postures that don’t serve you.

All studios are heated to 80-90 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. We practice in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

SLOW BURN VINYASA

60 MINUTES

Classes are open to all levels, however our Slow Burn vinyasa format is recommended for anyone looking to focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture. Throughout this practice, you will focus on engaging your core muscles to go deeper into the poses and prepare your mind and body for a challenging peak posture. Slow Burn is fully-guided by an instructor using verbal cues and omits the Flow On Your Own portion of class.

Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. We practice in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

WE FLOW HARD® VINYASA EXPRESS

50 MINUTES

Open to all levels, WeFlowHard® Vinyasa is Y7’s signature class designed to help take your practice to the next level. This format includes all the benefits of our signature WeFlowHard® Vinyasa compacted into a 50-minute flow. Using verbal cues, the instructor will guide you through an extended warmup followed by two vinyasa sequences, each repeated three times. The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The 2nd time through, you will repeat the same sequence, speeding things up to link one-breath to one-movement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to take that sequence on your own during our signature Flow On Your Own portion of class. This is where the sequence becomes yours. Add in challenges, try modifications, or take out any postures that don’t serve you.

75 MINUTES

The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The 2nd time through, you will repeat the same sequence, speeding things up to link one-breath to one-movement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to take that sequence on your own during our signature Flow On Your Own portion of class. This is where the sequence becomes yours. Add in challenges, try modifications, or take out any postures that don’t serve you. We will counter that work with a restorative cool down and savasana rest.
