WE FLOW HARD® VINYASA

The WeFlowHard® vinyasa format is open to all levels. Vinyasa is a mindful practice linking breath and movement to help you flow through each posture with intention. All studios are heated to 80-90 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. In this music-driven practice, you will flow along to tracks ranging from A Tribe Called Quest to Cardi B. Classes are held in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

The practice includes a centering warm up leading into the core vinyasa flows, a challenging mini-burn designed to push your personal edge and a relaxing cool-down with savasana rest.

Using verbal cues, the instructor will guide you through three sequences repeated three times each. The first time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The second time through, you will repeat the same sequence and speed things up linking one-breath to one-movement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to take that sequence on your own during our signature Flow On Your Own portion of class. Add in challenges and modifications, or take out postures that don't serve you.

SLOW BURN VINYASA

60 Minutes

 
 

Classes are open to all levels, however the Slow Burn vinyasa format is recommended for anyone looking to focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture. Throughout this practice, you will focus on engaging your core muscles to go deeper into the poses and prepare your mind and body for a challenging peak posture. The Slow Burn vinyasa class is fully-guided by an instructor using verbal cues and omits the Flow On Your Own portion of class.

All studios are heated to 80-90 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. In this music-driven practice, you will flow along to tracks ranging from SZA to Frank Ocean. Classes are held in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

Classes are held in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

This format includes all the benefits of the signature WeFlowHard® vinyasa class compacted into a 50-minute flow. The practice begins with an extended warm up leading into two core vinyasa flows, followed by challenging mini-burns designed to push you to your personal edge. We will counter that work with a restorative cool-down and savasana rest.

Using verbal cues, the instructor will guide you through an extended warm up followed by two sequences repeated three times each. The first time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The second time through, you will repeat the same sequence and speed things up linking one-breath to one-movement.
